Ground Turkey Meatloaf

This meal is absolutely delicious and so simple to make. My husband, who is truly my recipe guinea pig, loves this recipe. He loves it so much to the point where I might have to start making two pans for one meal :) Remember you can always tweak recipes to make them fit right for you and your family. Take out an ingredient, throw one in, or even double it. Hope this one becomes apart of your normal rotation!

 Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
 1 lb. ground turkey
1 large egg
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onions

Topping
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
5 tbsp. ketchup

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except topping in a large mixing bowl. Place in an ungreased loaf pan or 8 inch square pan. Bake in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes. (depending on pan size)

While meatloaf is baking, mix topping ingredients in a small bowl. After timer is up remove meatloaf from the oven and top with mixture. Return to oven and cook an additional 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4
